i started having double click issue on my G102.
so instead of cleaning the switch i decided to just replace it with Kailh GM8.0 switch.
i know some very basic soldering skill so it was easy to replace them.
mouse is working fine now.
the clicking sound on new switches are very tectile and satisfying.
if someone is having double click issue and they don't wanna go through soldering and replacing the existing switch,
i want you to know that you can easily clean your existing switches.
there are youtube videos available that will help you how to clean your mouse switches to fix double click issue.
things you need for cleaning:
1. 99% Iso Propyl Liquid.
2. cotton swab
3. twizzer for opening the shell of switch.
after cleaning the double click issue will be gone.
it will comeback after 2-3 months but you can repeat the same steps.
from what i have observed is that double click issue happens because of dust particles get in between the contact pads of switch circuit and create problem in completing this circuit when switch is pressed.
so i would suggest going for TTC Gold Dustproof switches because they have dust filter which protects your switches from dust.

2nd feb of 2025 and my left mouse button is already double cliking like crazy. its better to buy a new mice instead of going through the hassle of replacing them just to end up with the same problem not even 6 months later.

Got a replacement switches for aging g502. 10
The site is authentic, found out from Reddit that I can buy mouse switches from here.
I went to a local repair shop to desolder and solder the switches, which cost me ₹200.
My 3 year old mouse which had started double-clicking and triple-clicking now works like brand new.
It's been almost a week since I replaced the switches, and they're perfectly fine as of now. I'll update the review if possible, if any problem occurs.
